This policy covers the use of this website, including our non-clinical application form, discovery-call booking, priority-list fallback and coach enquiry form. This website never collects or stores clinical information: questionnaires, medical histories, results, records or prescriptions. Anyone accepted onto a Prosper programme receives a separate, fuller privacy notice before any clinical information of that kind is collected.
Free-text answers should not include detailed medical information, and our application form asks you not to provide any at this stage. Anything you do volunteer is treated confidentially, used only to progress your enquiry, and never used for marketing.
This website does not have user accounts and does not collect payment details. This website does not set cookies.
Our forms are processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers your submission to us by email and acts as our processor. Formspree is based in the United States and provides safeguards for international transfers in line with UK data protection law. Discovery-call bookings are handled through Calendly, also based in the United States and subject to the same transfer safeguards, acting as our processor for scheduling only. This website is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical information such as IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery purposes. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google servers when a page loads.
We use the information you submit to respond to your application or enquiry, to arrange your discovery call, and to contact you about Prosper. Our lawful bases are your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us or replying to any message we send.
If you previously joined our waitlist, we hold your name, email and package interest, and we will contact you once about the new application route unless you ask us not to.
Applications and enquiry correspondence are kept for up to 24 months. We do not sell your information. We only share it with the service providers named above, or where the law requires it.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email drgeorge@prosper-clinic.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
